99% of booleans will need some type of fixxing.

the way i normal fix a problem like your is i create a copy of the objects i want to boolean, and on one copy do the subtract A from B, then with the other one subtract B from A, this normaly gives you that middle peice which is missing.

and the other time you just have to fill them in manualy

sorry but thats just how it goes, there something called power booleans, i ahve never used it but ppl say it works more often than normal booleans

also this is asuming you are using 3dsmax, it might help some more if you tell us which program you use.

If you can turn, your not going FAST enough
