Hi there. First off, tell us what software you are using. Maya?, 3dsmax? ???
Anyways, it seems an instalation issue (file missing)
EDIT: Oh sorry, didn'r ealize this threads belongs to maya users.
But as I said, you may try re-instaling/repairing, as the error states something is missing
