LFS is closer to the category that the Microsoft Flight Simulators fall under, rather than the categories of Test Drive Unlimited and the Need For Speed games. I enjoy the odd hardcore sim every now and again, but unless you've got the setup for it (steering wheel, pedals, ect), I usually just play the other sorts of driving games. Try drifting in LFS with a keyboard... it ain't fun at all!!

I myself have pre-ordered ProStreet... I'm hoping not to regret like EVERY other Need For Speed game I've ever bought and paid for (and returned). It looks like they've done an alright job of it, so it's got me interested...

I love my customisation and free-roaming in driving games, that's why I've never really got into the likes of Forza and PGR. I did however buy PGR 2, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, however it is one of those games you have to sit down and play for literally hundreds of hours, and I'm not looking for another game like that right now.
