Ok, I see your model looks to be pretty decent. But you need some serious work about :
- Paying attention to details : tires are way too thin, top of headlights ruins the work you've put on headlights.
- Materials : they're not so difficult to learn. You have the chance to use one of the most widely used 3D software. That's means internet gives you access to plenty of tutorials. If you didn't find out a good one for material, I suggest try social search : here in Tutorial forums or del.icio.us or any other source involving people, not only robots like Google.
- Lighting and scene : if you're going to seek realism, you should try the very minimum about photography, including for example what is a studio render, how to mimic it in 3DS and what it is good for.
Don't give up yet. Even if you think to be done with this model, you're not done with the learning of computer graphics. As you showed some nice skill with this model, I suggest you to continue and read some tutorials about materials / lighting / scene setup and pay attention to valuable advices given to you. That is, all above and below except mine of course.
