Also I should have told you this when you first showed me. It looks too good as the base mesh. So you need to think small amounts. Only use more for a simple area if you are stretching polys. An example where you can cut out is the windshield, too many segments. 1 will be plenty for a windshield like that. So if you can find other areas like that do it. Remember the turbo will do most of the rounding, you just have to get it in the relative right location. So if your base mesh has relatively good looking roundness beforehand , ie your wheel wells then its probably too much.
