Have to agree. Try to make the cars first, the ones that doesnt exist yet would be better than cars you can already download. Converting shouldnt be a problem because you have an big community who will be glad to help you. And if gta4 is modable, you can use them there also. The city u cant.
If you want to replace all cars with their originals, just ask me. I know of most of them what they are in rl and if they already exist.
