Try the SSS Fast Material. A slightly lighter brown at the top merging into near black should work. As for the 'crema', that lighter colored foam, perhaps a disc on top with a Falloff map for both Diffuse and Refraction might work, and a special map with tiny bubbles and a black centre. I'd image the result would be bubbles only visible toward the edge of the cup.
