What rendering technique are you using for your beauty ??
The problem seems to be the material settings in the Reflections/Specularity tabs. They appear to be too high.
Or the light source is too near to your model.
If you are using AreaLight, you have to resize (yes, you read well) it and you have to move it VERY FAR from you model.
Try these settings: use 2000 for size in every slot (X,Y,Z), hit "5" (Light view) and rotate the light so you can view the car, then (not before the rotation) move it more than 1km far from the car (X,Y,Z).
This light simulates the sun very well, but the sun is BIG and very DISTANT !!!
If you are using HDRI instead, try to rotate the .hdr playing with settings in ImageWorld so the light direction can change.
Last but not least, try to render it with different body colors, so you can see how to change the Specular value.
Infact the Specular point is WHITE, and if your car is white you cannot understand how to tweak it !!!.
Grab the SurfaceEditor screenshot so we can see your surface values.
Hope it helps. Here for more explanations.
