I dont know why on earth anything needs more than 3 literations, if u read earlier posts u would see im a beginner, but ive tried with 3 now and that seems too do the trick, does anyone know where i can find a tutorial on making materials, i want the "shine" and "reflecion that i have with the other materials that u see in my render but it was done by a friend and im kinda stuck now cause i need those materials, i got the textures

![]() did this model yesterday, i guess i can find my own tutorial but im not sure what kinda tut too search for , i guess the only thing missing now is the light bulbe, or is it? ive made a glass on the spotlight wich represent the "lens" of the spotlight but its not in this render as it is an older version.. is there any other way than using "advanced lighting" and "skylight" too make shadows, my render is taking forever ![]() |

This might sound like a pretty stupid question but i cant perform such a simple task and making a half sphere with a realistic chrome material on it, i was wondering if anyone could help please :? Ive tried making a sphere then cutting half of it and mark the borders and press the "cap" button but that only make a half moon, i need and "empty" sphere with materials on the inside because im using it as a spotlihgt reflector...
