problem with turbo smooth

while modelling, i wanted to do the front starting from the bonnet, but it's on turbosmooth yet it isn't. if anybody knows what i mean, i want to turn it off but the turbosmooth option thing isn't there. is there any way to get it back?

btw, i'm new to this stuff. thanks

you probqably had the turbosmooth modifier on the mesh and then converted the mesh to editable poly while turosmooth was enabled so your gunna have to probably start over

new problem. everytime i move or rotate, everytthing turns into boxes and cubes,
