problems with mirror tool - SMCars

I used the mirror tool on my car model, but in the center there is an obvious crease down the middle. How do I get rid of it? I aligned all the verts in the center to be at the same horizontal position when viewing from the front.

Weld them?, atleast if your using the mirror tool not the symmetry tool
