Vicman - sorry about the delay. I have been extremely busy. It looks as if you haven't turned on the shadows? Also, since you're using vray, make sure you select vray shadows in the drop down menu.
also, were is the light exactly? It should be placed right up in the headlight where you would put the actual bulb Micah |

Ok render me one more image......what you have the IES light pointed at, the inside of the light behind the lense. You have it set as a chrome material yes? Set it to a default material, Max's standard material and then render again.
