Can't get this right. HELP anybody

I'm kinda new in modeling.
Saw this fantastic corvette blueprint and started a new project, but got stuck at the bumper.

The wireframe is messy and dosen't look perfect. Especially at the stripe hole
Can anybody fix this problem??

if u are talking about the problem in the center its mainly due to ur modifers. apply meshsmooth on top and symmetry at the bottom and not the other way. besides the mesh requires tweaking in the bumper notthing u can't handle.
