matte/shadow material isnt supported by vray, not fully atleast. Insted use the VrayMtlWrapper. There you can adjust some matte settings. Then it was something about vray properties, when you right click on an object ,where you could set some matte settings also

I haven't used Vray or Brazil, nor do I have the funds any time soon to do so... but I can offer you some general advice:
watch out how you create your reflections in the car. Your reflections actually make the car look slightly transparent, due to reflecting a map that's set up as a "Screen" mapping type... (you can see this clearly in the shadows and the yellow paint lines it'd be best to build up a couple reflection image maps for various environments, and then set those as actual spherical environment map types on the car... ![]()
