Problem after boolean

Hi all,

I'm working on this car, and to create a whole i used boolean. But after i used it the whole shape didn't react well on the turbosmooth anymore(see pictures). I never had this problem before, but now my whole shape is screwed. Is there any way to fix this without remaking the shape. I forgot to make a back up

Thanks in advanced,

Erik

Its becuase the vertex are not welded,Just select all and do a Weld with 0.0 threshhold

that's the strange thing, all vertices/edges are welded. It should give a smooth edge on the left top of the light,, but it doesn't. I check everything,, and only with rebuilding i get it right. I've welded everything i could come up with.

I can't see a real problem there. How many iterations the turbosmooth modifier is using?

It looks like you need some more edges (arround the hole) or just increase the number of iterations. Maybe moving the left side edges a little back (using the vertexes and edge constraint) could help too

If I'm understanding what you are asking properly, it looks like the 2 vertices on the upper left side of the opening are too far back. Move them forward ( a little at a time) until you eliminate that semi-hard edge.

Also you need to remove the tri at the end of the spoler flare to get rid of the pinch there.
