Shadowing problem

I need your help once more.

I'm trying to place a shadow beneath a model, but I don't want the plane visable when rendering the image cause i want to place a photo as the background and make it look that it belongs there. I hope i explained that right.
I've tried to check off all the boxes except renderable and accept shadow in the properties of the plane, yet I still can not get it right. Please help me with this.
