total new person to 3ds

I just bought 3Ds max, i have spent the last 4 years virtually moddifing cars with photoshop n tought id have a change. ive downloaded it, but i havent to foggyest on how to use it, can any one help me out. i dont even know how to make shapes lol. thts how new to it i am.
