I don't know any tutorial about that, but that's not that complicated.
Start by placing the major parts of the interior. No details at this stage, just create placeholders to make sure to get proportions right. Modeling wise, there is nothing difficult : if you can do an exterior, you're good enough for interior. Shaders will need more work, because there is so many different leathers / plastics materials. You'll need a lot of refpics. Make sure to put enough time in the search.
