Enzo Pine Wood Derby machining project

I am glad I found this forum!

So I was challenged by a friend to machine a block of pine wood into a ferrari. For those of you that don't know about the pine wood derby, it is run by the Boy Scouts. Your child gets a block of wood, wheels, etc to carve into a car that is then raced on a sloping track.

So I started with a hot wheels 1/12 scale die cast, set it on the computer controlled mill and have been measuring it and generating surfaces in CATIA. I then generate machine code to carve the car.

I have most of the top surfaces measured but I am looking for a faster path to completion.

If anyone would like to donate an IGS format Enzo model that is somewhat accurate, I will send them a machined block of wood that looks like an Enzo (assuming all works out, etc, disclaimer).

My work in process is attached. Not a very good image, I didn't want to overload and I am not worried about rendering.

So far I have measured about 500 points and hand transcribed them by hand into the modeling program.
