Its in flatshade, meaning no normals are shown, so ofcourse it looks all bumpy. If you apply normals (in zmod by pressing [Q]) itll look alot smoother, but a bit unclean. To fix this, youll need to learn to detach certain parts to create flat surfaces, clean details and smooth corners.

Oh and you should use less polies on flat areas to reduce unecessary polygons and bumps. :wink:
