Some maintenance, changes to the rendering forums

I'm gonna make some changes tonite so don't wonder if you cannot find your topic(s) from the same place anymore. I'm gonna merge Finished Work and Background-Sized forums to one since there's no sense to have both of them.

Thanks, I think it's only causing confusement to have two similar forums. This way people don't need to think if they post their work to right place.
