Few changes on forum frontpage

As you have noticed there is new order on forums. Wip's, Finished work and Contest forums has own category aswell as donations and requests. There are also two new forums. Hardware and Videogames discussions since they are related to 3D and SMCars in a way or other.

Please tell us your opinion how it looks now. Is it too messy or should there be less subforums.

The "hardware" section is really a nice idea, as there is often questions about all the parts and what's the best configuration and so on.

The "work area" section is also a good idea, this group seems very natural and a logical organisation.

So that's a really nice work, SMC team ! But there is still the bugs I PMed to you, Johnas. Any news from your code master ?
