Hi
After it says "Python Script Error: Check console"
take a look at the console see what sort of errors it says (it might tell you a file is missing or something like that)

Hi,

most likely the indigowrapper.conf file, it's the file specifying to Blendigo where the Indigo machine resides anyway take a look here.

:: View topic - Exporting Problem

hope it helps.

(Oh an btw if you use v1.09 and find out you want to use 1.14(Blendigo) with 1.14/1.16(I htnk is the newest) you will find the the script is moved from "export" to "Render" - I looked for that for 3 hours when I changed/upgraded - there is more material possiblilites in the newer one)

Thanks so much guys, I figured out the problem.

I had accidentally saved IndigoWrapper as a .txt file instead of a .conf file.

Btw, does anyone have and suggestions for a Blendigo tuorial so I can learn the basics? I found like 100 broken links on google, but no tutorials.

Tanks

using the materials can be a pain, but look on the forum there are a number of questions about this

e.g. :: View topic - using pigms and igms within blendigo?

But in general terms you should look in the .igm file and find the material name, this name must be set to the same in blender.

I have not explored much into UV mapping but there is somethings about the UV names as well.

Oh : one thing that took me a little while was to figure this, download the material file, and in blendigo set the material to "External" and choose the file to use it. Observing the above naming schemes

Can anyone give me any help on setting up a transparent material in indigo? (I am having some real trouble figuring this out...) I'm trying to get a texture for the tail lights.

simply
set you material to 'SPECULAR=transperant+sss' from the dropdown menu, then put the 'Transperant' button on, set your absortion colour and your ior for what you want. If your colour absorbtion isnt enough (say you might want a deep red tailight) you might need to bump up the 'absorb type:gain' property

If you want a less shiny transperant material. you can go:
'Spec type: glossy transperant' and set your exponent (higher numbers=more shiny and transperant, lower numners= gives a frosted glass type look)

Btw for indigo make sure your scene is the correct real scale (1 blender unit= 1meter)
