Index of Plans
This probably isn't the right place for this, but I've put together an alphabetical linked index for the Model Maker/Model Cars plans on the VSRN website. Makes searching a lot easier!
Now revised! I've expanded the index to include plans that were originally published in <Model Maker>, <Model Cars> and <Scale Models> magazines from 1950 - 1989, (as well as a lot that still need to be scanned and uploaded. As with any compilation such as this, I'm sure there are many mistakes. Please post any corrections or additions. Enjoy!

Updated 05/21/09 - Added drawings from the British publication <Auto Modeller> that was published in the late 70's - early 80's.

I’m afraid it will be just buried here. Ssexton has preveously posted a list of Profile Publications, it would also be nice to have it easily accesible.
Also, it would be nice to have an updatable and easily accesible list of books and publications which contain blueprints and other reference information. I know a few titles (I can scan i.e. the front page and a sample of content), then if someone else knows more the list can be updated. But again, it should be easily accesible.
Is it possible to have a separate secton for all sorts of data like that?

Can you open the attachment? If not, just download the Acrobat reader from Adobe, it's free. The links they are talking about are the blue page numbers, like this - p596 .

I think this is an excellent suggestion. As it is. I'm now working on expanding the Index of Plans to include all the <Model Maker/Model Cars/Scale Models> plans that are on this site (and coming soon!). It would help to not have to search for the thread. A forum for <Resources> or <Reference> maybe?

The index now includes drawings from – MC = Model Cars / MM = Model Maker / MCT = Model Car & Track / CM = Car Model / SM = Scale Models / MA = Miniature Auto / MCS = Model Car Science / MCI = Model Cars Illustrated
