here's some more info on it if that's what your looking for.....

The Camaro IROC-Z started life as an option package for the Z28 but it became its own model in 1988. It was built until early 1990 when Chevrolet reintroduced the Z28. IROC is short for International Race of the Champions, a race car series very similar to NASCAR and sponsored by Chevrolet in the years the IROC-Z was produced. When Dodge took over sponsoring the series in 1990 Chevrolet logically dropped the name.
