Lamborghini Gallardo LP560

Pics of the new Gallardo LP560-4 are now online, and I think it looks amazing.
Obviously, the front bumper is inspired by the Reventon and the tail lights are based on the ones on the Miura concept (which the Reventon's were also based on). Other changes include the headlights, a solid rear grill, new exhaust tips, rims, and engine bay. The engine has been bumped to a 5.2L V10 (from a 5.0L V12) producing 560 HP, and weight has been reduced by 44 lbs from the regular Gallardo (it's still heavier than the Superleggera).

Hopefully, they will make a spyder version someday soon.

Oh. My. GOD.

I LOVE IT!! You're right though, it will only take the cake (and the cookie) if it comes out as the Spyder... and red I love the clear engine bay cover too. I've always wanted one of them custom built into my Gallardo, and now I don't have to (if it comes out in the Spyder, of course). Still, I'd like my plans of the fog-lights implemented!!

I also can't wait to see what wide-body kits Hamman come up with for it

That is badasss, it really looks good compared to the spy shots I had seen, but yeah a spyder version in black, or supperleggera orange would set this thing on fire

Yeah, I think it would look good in the orangish-red of the Audi R8 V12 TDI that they are promoting, and some of the darker colors

I'm really diggin those new headlights, and that single piece rear grill looks really smooth

Hmm, after I finish that Countach I may have a new car to work on

Sorry guys, I'm no fan of the exterior of the car. Innerworks on the engine are very nice, for sure.

I really dislike the rims (while the LP640 & Reventon ones were brilliant) The rear of the car is way too complicated IMHO, compared to the original one. The SE and SuperLeggera versions are much more subtile.

Of course, it's only my personal taste...

I agree with Tom, don't think it looks that fantastic.
Those front end intake 'scoops' and boxy back really turn me off. I like rounder, cleaner and more flowing lines - Ferrari or Aston for me.

wow, that's hot. never seriously considered making a gallardo until now. hope someone makes prints of this because i'm too lazy to do it by eye.
