Nice idea of contest. I won't participate because of time.
I'm not sure you've made the right choice about the high poly only sentence. Of course, it's up to you to decide rules, but there's several talented low poly modelers here. ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net |

not quite sure I completely understand the first secondary rule... about the "You have to show atleast half made progress car in this topic from ur older models. That is to get this comp high quality"
Does that mean we have to show a car we've modeled in the past, in this thread? Is that supposed to be like a way to weed out 'lesser' competitors? Not sure that's even necessary, as that's what the contest itself is there to determine. ![]()

I'm thinking of entering with one of the following...
1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe ![]() 1989 Ford Taurus SHO ![]() 1983 Dodge Aries (Coupe, not the sedan as shown) ![]() Or a 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity ![]() 1989 Ford Aerostar I just need to sift through my reference pictures after gathering some more of them, and find out what I actually have enough pictures to create a 3d car with... If anyone is particularly attached to one of these, feel free to let me know. (I'll edit my post down to one pic once I figure out what is feasible for me to model) ![]()
