There're many good ideas in this topic : retired entries, less known cars. You should read the whole topic.
You can also use (for example) GranTurismo 4 for searching among your cars, sorting by weight. ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net |

Yes, as it's the last date everyone still in agreed on.
About my own WIP, I need some serious worksessions to complete model in time. And I think I'm not the only one facing such troubles. But I'm almost sure that yet another delay will kill the contest. Anyone, what do you think about it ? ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net Last edited by tom120934 : 11-09-2007 at 11:05 AM. |

) , any way that would leave me about 1.5 -2 weeks maximum till the deadline , i think it won't be easy to finish in time though i'll try , and i think you are right , leave the deadline as it is to heat things up a little ![]() |

Ok, here we are, final run for the contest. Only 10 days left, so keep working !
Please post your final submission here. Don't forget to remind the name of your model. On December 1st, I'll open-up a new topic with every proposal. Don't be late... The contest winner will be choosen by a vote open to anyone (of course, because if it was a close vote, then anyone will vote for himself) The vote will end on December 15th. If there're some ex-aequo, the actual unique winner will be the one who had post its final pictures the sooner. I remind you that 4 pics and only 4 pics must be uploaded (front render, rear render, front wire, rear wire) and that progress must have been shown in WIP section. ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net |

Last day !
I just realised I forget to mention which timezone will be used to precisely choose midnight. Let's use GMT, of course. It's about 7h10 o'clock right now, so everyone has less than 17 hours left to post ! ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net |

Final entry : 2004 Ariel Atom II by Thomas Baron
Here're the final pictures for the contest : front render, rear render, front wire, rear wire.
Modeled only with Blender, rendered only with YafRay. Wires are produced in Blender internal renderer with help of the script by François "Babynou" Gueguen, see : Video Tutorial/Script: Rendering Wireframe Overlays at BlenderNation The link to the WIP topic : http://www.smcars.net/forums/work-pr...l-atom-ii.html ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net |
