Another one: RC Car Challenge

Hi

A while ago tigga and I decided to make a mini-competition on modeling RC-cars.
perhaps some of you remember the thread

I know there were some people who liked the idea of modeling such a thing.
Ok, so now I want to start exactly this contest again (and officially) !

The Challenge:
Model a RC-Car (thats what I said yes ). You can choose if you want to recreate a real model car or if you want to design it on your own. It also can look very realistic or it could be more the cartoonish' style (thats the way I will choose I think)

Texturesizelimits: none
PC is without limit!
start date: from now on...
end date: end of this year (?)
only scratch made models are allowed! (no I have NOT started yet )

You also could model a remote control for it or anything else you can think of which could look good beneath your car on the final renders. I suggest that the final entry should consist of 2 renders (car front, car back ..)

Threadnames in WIP-section should start with [RCC] ..

I think I may go for this one. I guess since you say you can design your own, there's no limitation on "what type" of RC? So, I believe I'll attempt to model my BoLink Eliminator.

I've already got 2 feet in 2 compo's but I'll enter this one too.

As for what im going to model, I'm thinking something along the lines of:

yeah any kind of RC car is allowed!

Rule: There must be four wheels on it

Excellent, I'm going to design my own car, going to make it as detailed as possible working from the ground up . Similar to the design of the car I posted above.

I've rethought my entry...Im going to model the car I just bought instead.

Hey there!

I am sorry, but I have to say that I didn't really found time and motivation to participate (in my own contest :/ )
But there were several other entrys, I know

Everyone who finished his model / chassis / Rc-car should post his final entrys in this Thread now !
I will wait for one week until now for the entries, so that everyone has enough time to post em.
After that I will create a poll!

PS: The models I saw were really nicely detailed, so I think that it should be okay if everyone is allowed to post 4 (or less) final renders to get the chance to show all the details !

I might join, So can you just model the Chassis? or do you have to make a Body as well?
