Final Renders... Please suggest...my first car

hi everyone...

here is a small update on my Audi A3... This one has been rendered with the Default Scanline Renderer. My first model as i said earlier.

Omni has been used as light source with pure yellow color. for the car headlights also same but with reduced parameters... rest everything is in the scene is simple texturing... just a messed up look.

Please suggest me with your comments and improvements...

Can anyone tell me how to animate a car with sounds...

This whole scene has been completed after following some tutorials on lighting and rendering....

thankx

Looks great for a first car, I'm not much on all the audis but it looks great as I said and the renders are not half bad either, actually pretty cool Thanks for showing.

i think the first render is definately the best by far. it has nice lighting.

the renders below got worst...
the 2nd render is not bad. i think you should use a different background.

i also notice you didn't model interior as i can see through the window.
if you aren't planning to do interior, you should make the window black then. it's kinda weird if you can see right throught the car.

judging from the first render, it seems the car has been modelled
very nicely

just work on the lighting. like maybe use the first render and put in
a background with that render. then it will look awesome.

nice work!

thanks for all your suggestions... since this is my first model in max (or first model ever), i am still figuring out how to set up good lighting etc for rendering.

these renders are by the default scanline render because i dont have full versions of vray or brazil...

i am reading more on advanced lighting and rendering and in few days i will post in another render. that should be like all your taste...

thanx

These are interesting renders friends_abhi, and since it's your first car, I have to compliment you on finishing it and paying attention to the scene, instead of just rendering the car in a white space.
Some tips:
Look at a picture of a real a3 , and render your a3 in the same angle, and try to spot differences and inaccuracies, and even forgotten details.
Always pay attention to the shadows, your second render hasn't got a shadow under the car. It makes it look like it's hovering above the floor.
And ofcourse what the others already said.
Keep up the good work.
