the rim shader is just a slightly modified chrome shader from highend3d.com. i only switched around the ramp reflection a bit and tweaked a few values for the render itself. the glow is done in post on these. just magic wand the white areas, copy and paste to a new layer, gausian blur it, then sorta erases the glows that are farther from the lens, keeping the nearest rim the strongest. hope that helps a little. anyways, just wanted to post the last of them with the roof off, completing the set of renders. cheers, hope you enjoyed this project, on to the next one!
