1933 Duesenburg J
My first car. It was my 3rd assignment, Pre 1940s vehicle, for my first semester of college. Modeled in max, rendered with mental ray. There are so many things I would change, but I ran out of time and really just threw the final render together.

Excellent work, the clay shows well the level of details you've put into this beauty. The shaders are looking good, but the scene setup is too simple for such a good work.
By the way, welcome to SMCars, top work for a first post. I hope you enjoy your stay. ![]() ![]() Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4) See my work and my tutorials on www.thomasbaron.net |

But in the end I got 97%, so I guess my instructor liked it. ![]() I would work on it more, but I'm on my Christmas break and just sick of it. haha |
