Talking First ever car model - Mitsubishi Eclipse

The model is nowhere near accurate, but I am pretty proud of it, as it is my first car. Modeled in Maya and rendered with mental ray.

Its not a first model for me - it is just my first car model. I have been modeling 3d for about a year.

Looks pretty good for your 1st car, Can see a few bumps and your seams look a bit rounded, but other than that you've done a nice job!

Thanks, I notice the rounded panels too - will do better next time. I plan on making a street racer conversion with this one though.

All i know is, first car never looked anything close to that in 100 years. Keep in mind you can mess around w/ different car studio looks. Also, try to make the windshield darker, i think make it dark, or make an interior, that gray tells me fake, i think a black windshield would tell my eye its just tinted. Good luck and nice job for a first car!
