Seat Cupra GT
Here's a background sized render of my Seat Cupra GT, modeled with zmod and rendered with 3ds max scanline renderer. What do you think?

Shading on the ground could be a bit darker, but very sweet otherwise!

That car was modeled in zmod, so I can't apply meshsmooth on it :?

And then again, lowpoly cars can be awesome aswell, and I think this is the evidence

I agree with NightEye. Good result for a lowpoly model! It's a shame that the
viewing angle you have chosen doesn't show much detail on the rest of the
car. Could you do some renders from different viewpoints? Nice job anyway!

Zmod is a free program, so it's very simple (it only costs 2 mb of space on the HDD ). Thanks man

The M3 GTR I posted in the other thread is modeled in ZMod and for render purpose I've added meshsmooth to it in plenty of places.

Yeah you can apply it if u export the mesh to 3dsmax, but zmod uses triangles and 3dsmax uses quads, meshsmooth ****s up the whole mesh.

If you want it to look decent, you have to 1st do smoothing groups in Max, then remove all center edges so most of your tris become quads. Then you select the faces you want to be smoothed, then apply meshsmooth. It will apply meshsmooth on poly level (the quad icon in editable mesh). Then in meshsmooth, you check the options so it uses smoothing groups, then keep faces convex, then work with quads, then deselect "apply to whole mesh" so it only applies meshsmooth to your selected quads and then you put the iterations on 1 and you should get a pretty decent result.

Lowpoly models are models without any SubDivision/meshsmooth/NURMS.
Highpoly models are models with the above.

Low polly needs alot of self control, it harder, imo, than high polly.
