stupid words below names?

I was just wondering why everybody now has some sort of stupid words below their names? Is it a policy of the admins or has another *sshole mixed up things on this forum? In the later case I would like to point out that it's not cool and not funny, just stupid and childish. Grow up, pal!

I mean that's exactly the point of my original mail: if that comes from the admins that's a different story, I have to accept it. However, as it happened in the past, there used to be some so-called 'hackers', whatever they think of themselves, who did harm to our beloved forum, I thought it was one more case like that. Sorry if I offended someone.
