Vertex line help??!!! - SMCars

Can anyone tell me why i dont have lines connecting my vertices.Whenever I make a box/plan/patch it brings up the vertex points but not the lines conecting them.I've tried switching from smooth and highlights to wireframe but then i lose my blueprints.Any help would be much appreciated.

In the top left corner of the viewport right-click on the viewport name and on the sub-menu that appears click on edged-faces.
