How do i re-enable the Rhino toolbar?

When i fired up my Rhino today, the toolbar (you know, the little one on the left with all the features like polyline, curve etc.) was gone, and i can't really find anywhere in Rhino to activate it again
I'd hate having to re-install it, so i figured i might as well ask here if some of you guys know how to bring it back?

Have you deleted it from your hard drive?

Anyway, it goes like:
Tools menu:
Toolbar Layout - try to select "default" or:
Open: the file is somewhere like .../Rhinoceros 3.0/System/default.tb
