Rendering Scene Specs and Comp Specs note.

I cant find this anywhere on this forum dont really kno for sure if its posted cause search didnt help. How do you and what do you do to make your renders tell you what your specs are and rendering time and primitives and all that at the bottom, is it just a vray feature or can any render do that.
