Preference in Modeling Style?

Well this is my first post here, and I've been doing more mechanical modeling with inventor and Autocad, but i would like to start modeling a car with 3dsm. I just had a question about how people start such a daunting task, do most of you build a very basic car and then add detail or do you add detail as you go and move on once you've finished one part?

Eli

Re: Preference in Modeling Style?

Welcome to SM Cars

Well I guess there's many ways to make the car but I personally do the basic shape first and add the details afterwards. That way I won't lose interest to the model hehe
