meshsmooth problem HELP

i dont know what hell is this can someone help me out

It might help if I could see the pics without the isoline display option turned on in the meshsmooth maybe.

It's like button bashing, except food comes out.

I'm with FlashG. Is that point only only vertex? Drag select over the point and make sure there is only one vertex. If not, weld them. That's about all I can think of. Unless you already tried it. Then it would be back to the drawing board...

5 point poly (or higher) make holes in mesh with meshsmooth.

I'll have to remember that point myself. I've never tried leaving polys with 5 sides. Thanks for the info
