try to find good tutorial in tutorial donation man

Try to read first, revelli. He is asking for help, not for useless comments.
Why not briefly explain it to him, rather than saying he need to search?

Re: Hey guys any help

well first of all, it would be REALLY helpful if u can show us the wire of the pic above, but i'll try and help now

when u extrude, u can do it in 2 possible ways (that i know of neways)
1st: just select the edges, and press extrude in the tool menu, a new small window will pop, it will have 2 options
a) Extrusion Height: defualt is set to 10.0 - this value decided how far to extrude from the original edge u've selected, the higher the number, the longer the distance, setting the value to negative will extude in the opposite direction, usually u would use negative value when u extrude to make the seams of the car
b)Extrusion Base Width: defualt is set to 3.0 - this value decided on the angle the it will extude the new edge from the orignal, usualy, it moves the orignal edge back, for the seams, u would put 0.0, because then it will extrude perfectly perpendicular (90 degrees) to the base.

2nd: a different possible way is to just select the edges and shift + drag them, this is also helpfull because u can extrude in an angle without moving the original edges, very simple

as for chamfering, i think u already know that when u input the Chamfer Amout value, the larger the value, the larger the chamfer becomes, the smaller, the sharper will be the edge when smoothed. now in ur pic above, i saw couple of pinching, could be the result of the chamfer, usually it messes verticies up when there's more then 5 edges connected to one vertice, so usually u gotta go zoom in on that spot, delete some new surfaces taht were created, and weld the vertices back together, if not, then u result in those pinches

but like i said, we'll be able to help more if could c a wire first of the whole thing, and maybe a zoomed in wire of one of those vents? i guess, lol

ok NE
and mpfive forgot this to mention:
if you will extrude some polies with the extrude pop-up window you can just leave it opened, and select another poly, hit apply, then the other one

Re: Hey guys any help

you should shift+ drag the edges on the bottom, it will be easier to chamfer the hole

Re: Hey guys any help

i think he ment those edges that are at the very bottom of the vent, the one that go horizontally, select them, and shift+drag downwards, so this way u get like and outline, now it should be ez to chamfer
