Developing our own F1 car

Some enthousiasts on the forum have started the idea to jointly develop a Formula One car. While we are still in the beginning of specifying what to do, the idea would be to create a car close to the 2008 F1 regulations. As those are however not already confirmed and published, we look to develop a car according to the 1997 regulations with with and diffuser regulations of today's cars.

Do you have any experience with designing, CFD testing or are you studying a for a related degree, please check this thread:

While any help is welcome, we need in the first place people that could guide the project.
At this moment we are looking to set the specific technical regulations for this car.
