How to make car for gta san andreas

Hey guys ive been looking on the net everywhere and i can find a tutorial anywhere on how to make a car for san andreas and i dont mean modeling i mean all the other stuff like the textures and getting the textures into a .txd and like crased model of car and dummys lol you know everything??? anyone know???

yeah that would be great FlashG, im a noob and r wanting to put mod into gta vc but also need to know how to do the dummies and basically everything. Yeah if u could it would be highly appreciated for Zac 3d and alos i and every other noob who wants to put cars into games.
