Need Help with Spline Modeling - SMCars

I just started working on a Nissan 240 in 3D Studio Max 6 and I did the front quarter panel. I then continued with the hood and the quarter panel renders fine and converts to editable mesh and poly just fine, but the hood wont show up anywhere. I have only been working with this prgram for a week now but I am quick learner except this one thing is boggling me. I am reather enthused and would like to further my skills as much as possible, but I am stuck! Could someone please help? Thank You!

I got the hood to work, but still things are slightly wonky, could someone please check out the file and tell me if they can figure some of this out, thank a bunch.
