Help With Blender

I need some help with my Ariel Atom project, is there a way to find the angles, length of the chassis with blender? I downloaded the blueprint from here http://www.thomasbaron.net/2009/04/n...ariel-atom-ii/ just started using Blender today, any help would be cool.
