hehe... well thats a tough one, the only tool that comes to my mind is Autocad, but I couldnt explain that one in a million years. Its pretty complicated to explain I know that much. swbogart a member here can make his own but hes a pretty good pro.

Making a blueprint?

Mmmm...simple way?

In PS 7, open your image (Front/side/rear/top view). Create a new layer (layer, insert new layer). Select the pen tool and draw away. Delete your reference image, and you should be left with the outlines of your drawing. You should know what to do from there.

Making a blueprint?

Best way to create blueprints, is using a vector- drawing application, like Adobe illustrator, Deneba ( ACD ) Canvas, Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw, or other CAD apps. like AutoCAD.
Your lines will much more accurate then when using a bitmap application.

I recommend going with the CAD/vector programs, as PSP can get rather fruity when you're trying to be precise.
