My toolbar on the right in 3ds Max has disappeared, and i cant get it back :?: :?

someone knows something to solve this?
tried to reload the user interface, but this didn't work

Im going off of Gmax right now, since 3ds wont recognize my reg code. But try selecting Customize, Show UI, then Command Panel...
