I ´ve just loaded it onto my webspace, if you don´t mind, damarcman. Unfortunately I can´t help you at all. No idea of MAX.

i don't know how it got like that, but you might be able to fix it by adjusting the pivotpoint, shouldnt make a differnce in your modelling though
