Help - stuck!

Hi everyone, I'm currently modelling an Audi TT(my first car), trying to be as detailed as possible, one of my problems is-how to model that... whatever it is that's shown in the attached pic.
if anyone can help I'll be more than happy.
-BTW, how is it called anyway?... ops:

thats called the headlight washer and nothing is wrong with the one in the pic.

Thanx

Now i finally know what it is although i took some ref. pics. from an Audi TT i saw - thanx.
I got some renders to show what i've come up with, and the problem i'm in. hope to get an idea from you guys how to work it out.

Well, I just followed tutorials from different sources and all those poly's are created after mesh smoothing with 2 Iterations.
You can see the mesh bacame too bumpy for that part of the car.
I'm freakin' out trying to make it round and smooth.
