New laptop for sale with software

Listing my laptop for sale. $3500 plus shipping and insurance. Here's what you get.

Great laptop with Mechanical Designer's dream software package!! This laptop was delivered to me on November 30 and has been used for less than 10 hours. I purchased it for contract design work but I have now switched to a 64 bit system and no longer need this laptop. I cannot switch my software over either because it does not work on a 64 bit system. The laptop originally came with Vista Home Ultimate edition installed but it was removed and XP Professional was installed. The Vista disc is included as well as an XP slip stream disc. The specs on the laptop are as follows:

Operating system: Genuine Windows XP Professional (32-bit)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo processor T7700 (2.40 GHz, 4 MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB)
Display: 17.0" WXGA+ High-Definition Ultra HP BrightView Widescreen Display (1440 x 900)
Memory: 2GB DDR2 System Memory (2 Dimm)
Graphics Card: 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS
Personalization: HP Imprint (Radiance) + Fingerprint Reader + Webcam + Microphone
Networking: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 4965AGN Network Connection
Hard Drive: 320GB 5400RPM SATA Dual Hard Drive (160GB x 2)
Primary CD/DVD Drive: LightScribe SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-RW with Double Layer Support!!
Primary Battery: 8 Cell Lithium Ion Battery

The laptop still has a full HP warranty and will be in effect until November of 2008. The battery for the laptop has never been installed. I have only used the AC adapter with the laptop. I installed the battery in the small remote just to check if it was operational and it is. The webcam works perfectly. The fingerprint reader will not work with XP as there is no driver to support it. It worked great with Vista before it was removed in favor of XP. The HD screen on the laptop is amazing. I hooked up an external Blu Ray drive and popped in Cars Blu Ray, and the quality and graphics are simply amazing. The laptop comes with a nice package of software that I used as a mechanical and graphics designer. A list of the major software included is as follows:

Solidworks 2005
Solidworks 2007 Office Premium
UGS NX5
PTC Pro E Wildfire 3.0
Microsoft Office 2003 (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Word)
Symantec 2007 Corporate Antivirus
Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Adobe Illustrator CS3
Windows Defender
Cyberlink PowerDVD HD
All software is tied to this laptop and its CPU. This laptop cost $2600 new plus the software of over $10K. I know I will not get anywhere near what I have in it with the software so I'm counting my losses and am asking just a little over the cost of the laptop. All software was installed by a computer shop. I have discs for nearly all of the software except Photoshop and Microsoft Office. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at millersportcustoms@yahoo.com. Still have all original HP shipping boxes.
